We respond to our tenants' maintenance request in less than 24 hours and usually have someone out to the property for any issues within a day or two. What We Offer:
IN-PERSON MEETING
In person meeting at the rental property to discuss the property, rental analysis and processes.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
We do the move-in inspection, as well a an annual maintenance walk through of the property, pre-move out inspection a move out inspection inspection(additional if requested).
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
Professional photos to be taken upon accepting the property into management. This is at the company's expense.
TENANT SCREENING
We screen all applicants. Our software conducts a background and credit check, employment verification as well as rental verification.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
Our software provides many modes of communication through texts and emails to keep owners and tenants informed. This is especially important when dealing with repairs.
SECURE
We secure our owner and tenant information through our secure management software.
VIRTUAL CONCIERGE
We offer a concierge service consisting of house cleaning, carpet cleaning, lock re-key and repair/upgrade services. Vendor service is at owner expense but there are no service charges to the company for coordination of vendors.
FLEXIBLE POLICIES
Flexible policies for owners to include, but not limited to pet restrictions, property hold times, deposit, credit requirements, etc.
